Join us as we board a bus and tour the Brevard County Solid Waste Landfill! Whether you're curious to learn about what happens to the trash you throw out, or if you're interested in learning more about how improperly disposed waste pollutes our environment, there's something for everyone!
During this FREE tour from 10-11am, you will be guided through the landfill (via air-conditioned bus) to learn more about how they operate, proper ways to dispose of your trash, how the Indian River Lagoon is impacted by mishandled trash, the importance of reducing stormwater pollution, and more!
