Join us as we board a bus and tour the Brevard County Solid Waste Landfill! Whether you're curious to learn about what happens to the trash you throw out, or if you're interested in learning more about how improperly disposed waste pollutes our environment, there's something for everyone!
During this educational tour, you will be guided through the landfill (via air-conditioned bus) to learn more about how they operate, proper ways to dispose of your trash, how the Indian River Lagoon is impacted by mishandled trash, the importance of reducing stormwater pollution, and more!

Do you have a homeschool group, club, school, or other group of people that you want to embark on this tour with?
If your group would like to book a private guided hatchery tour, please contact Julia at [email protected]. A minimum of 14 participants are required for a private booking. Private bookings are available for purchase (click "Register for Tours" button) as a group rate of $140 total (each person is $10 and the van seats 14 participants).
